His family has requested that the PGR attend his services. The mission is a ‘go’ and all contacts have been made. Mr. Rice served as a Military Policeman during WWII, from 19845 to 1947. He received the Army Occupation Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.
This will be a 2-part mission for East Texas.
Part 1
Funeral services will be in Athens, TX at 11:00 am at Fellowship Baptist Church.
Part 2
Interment will be in New Summerfield, TX at McDonald Cemetery at 3:30 pm.
Part 1
Church Service: 11:00 am Monday, August 15th at Fellowship Church, 2619 Texas Loop 7, Athens, Texas 75752.
Staging: at the church from 9:15 to 9:45 am with a riders meeting at 9:45. Riders should be fueled up for the trip to New Summerfield after the church service.

Part 2
Staging: McDonald Cemetery, Hwy 110 South at County Road 4303, New Summerfield, Texas from 2:15 to 2:30 pm with a riders meeting at 2:30.
