Sgt. Robert C. DeYoung, US Army from Texas died September 2015 after a long illness related from serving in Vietnam. Bob served our Country as an Airborne Ranger with F company 75th Infantry in Vietnam, conducting long range patrols during his tour. His awards and decorations include: National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, Purple Heart, Bronze Star w/oak leaf cluster.
Sgt Robert C. DeYoung is to be inurned on the hallowed grounds of Arlington National Cemetery on 20 May 2016 at approximately 1300hrs from the Adminstration Building. PGR has been invited to attend the services by his family, and we will be there to stand tall silent and proud in honor of this US Army combat Veteran, his family, friends and comrades at arms.
