We consider it an honor to do so. Mr. Marshall served honorably in the U.S. Army from March 1978 to February 1985. He was awarded the Army Service Ribbon\, Overseas Service Ribbon\, NCO Professional Development Rbbon\, the Good Conduct Medal and Expert (m16 Rifle) Ribbon. Mr. Marshall stood many a hard day and night for us.
