The family of Sam Conley has requested PGR presence to honor the service of their loved one.
Sam proudly served our country for 30 years in the US Army. Sam was a Soldier from a long line of Soldiers and after graduating from the Augusta Military Academy and the US Military Academy at West Point, he entered the US Army in 1955 as a Second Lieutenant of Infantry. He has a very extensive list of accomplishments during his tenure in the service to our country.
Sam’s final assignment was here at Fort Huachuca in 1983 and he retired from service in 1985. A reciting of the Rosary will be held at 11:30 am at St. Andrews the Apostle Catholic Church on Taylor Drive with a memorial Mass at noon. Sam’s final resting place will be with his father, mother and uncle in Arlington National Cemetery, Washington DC.
