ABOUT THE MISSION:

The PGR will stand flag lines at the veteran’s funeral and burial services as well as accompany him on his last ride to the cemetery.

Special Instructions:

Flags will be set, riders will be given the mission brief and prepare to receive the family and friends of Private 1st Class Whisenant. The riders will take up positions on the flag line as the family and friends arrive. Once the service begins, the flags will be furled, and the riders dismissed. Riders that stay for the procession will be given a safety briefing and wait for the procession to DFW. Riders not participating in the procession can meet at the DFW National Cemetery Visitation Center. Escort Provided.

A briefing will be held, honor bikes will be selected if needed and then riders will proceed to the appropriate shelter, set the flags, and await PFC Clovis Whisenant, his family, and friends. After the service, flags will be furled, returned to the storage area, riders briefed and dismissed.
