ABOUT THE MISSION:
Mr. Phillips proudly and honorably served in the U.S. Army, enlisting in 1940. He served with the 2nd Armored Division during WWII. He saw action in North Africa, Sicily and France. He received the Purple Heart while attempting to jump in France June 11, 1944.
