Details Of Part 2: Riders not participating in the procession will receive their briefing at the staging point and then proceed to the appropriate shelter to set flags and await the arrival of Mr. Rutherford, family, and friends. At the conclusion of the service, riders will return the flags to storage, be debriefed and dismissed.
