CLAY COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL VETERAN’S DAY PROGRAM Comment

  1. ” CLAY COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL VETERAN’S PROGRAM”
    Mission Complete
Once again Clay County High School performed a great Veterans Day Program.
After a delicious lunch. and though our numbers were small, we manage to have a flag line to Honor the Veterans as they entered the gym before the program.
The school’s newly formed Honor Guard posted the Colors. Then at the beginning of the program the Principal Mrs. Gibson acknowledge the Patriot Guard, Thanked us for our support and said we were a big part of the school. After the speakers , the school did a touching candle light service for Clay County Fallen Heroes.
At the end of the ceremony the students thanked all the Veterans and some gave notes expressing their Thanks for their service.
We would like to Thank Dave Shaffer and Carl Spade for attending.

    Jim and Jeanne
