ABOUT THE MISSION:
Sergeant (E-5) Clarence “Shorty” Gladden served his country and his Corps honorably in a time of war in Vietnam on a helicopter support team. He not only served honorably, but with distinction, having been awarded the Bronze Star Medal and the Purple Heart for his actions near Khe Sanh on Hill 689 during engagement with enemy forces. His family has asked the PGR to stand for him and it will be our honor.

After the briefing, we will stand up the flag line for the arrival of family and friends.
At the start of the service at 2:00 PM, we will quietly depart.
NOTE: There will be a final ride to celebrate Sgt. Gladden’s life after the service and the family has invited PGR members to ride if desired.
