To All PGR Members,
We have been invited to stand a flag line for Chester H. Watson, a Sergeant in the US Army Air Corps, veteran of WWII. Chet was the consummate gentleman, a leader in the community, and above all, a great family man. Though he did not speak of his time in service, his African and European campaign ribbons with 6 Bronze Battle stars speak for themselves.
He is survived by Betty, his wife of 65yrs, 2 sons and 2 grandchildren. He was a member of numerous community organizations, some of which include the VFW Joseph M. Collins Post #6239 and a 68 yr member of the Attica American Legion (Harder O’Donnel Post).
He was part of a special group of men that made our world a better place live. I am honored to call him a “friend.”
