ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard has the privilege of honoring CMSgt Charlie A. Keener, who passed away April 22, 2020. Mr. Keener was born in Red Bay, Alabama on April 29, 1928. He was the oldest son of 11 children. He was proceeded in death by his wife of 68 years and all his siblings. He is survived by his son, daughter, 4 grand children, and 4 great grandchildren. He misrepresented his age in order to join the Army Air Corps during WWII. He was a veteran of WWII, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. He retired after 30 yeas of active service as Chief Master Sergeant. During his career CMSgt Keener achieved many awards and decorations in which he was very proud of. Following his service he worked at Southern Paper Box Company for 18 years. He was a member and longtime usher at Immaculate Conception in North Little Rock. With a genuine outgoing and friendly personality, Charlie was loved by many and will be missed by all.

The PGR will be preforming Military Honors. Mudd will put that team together for “Taps, folding of the flag and presentation, then the plaque presentation.
We will follow the CDC Guidelines.

Flags will be provided
Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
