ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Family of AD2 Charles William “Bill” Stoddard, Jr., 69, of Elizabeth City, NC have requested our presence to Stand and Honor their beloved Veteran. He was a maintenance mechanic at the Elizabeth City Coast Guard Base, a member of the Fleet Reserve Association, and served 4 years in the U.S. Coast Guard.
