ABOUT THE MISSION:
Charles was a member of PGR almost from the beginning and brought water, tools, friendship and honor to the flag line. He was sorely missed when he retired from the flag line a few years ago. Charles was very active in Masonic organizations as well and his Memorial Service will be held at West Nashville Phoenix Lodge #131, F&AM.
