ABOUT THE MISSION:

Charles W. Schneider spent over 20 years in the United States Army before retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer 3. He was a specialist in electronics and was awarded the Bronze Star w/ 1 Oak Leaf Cluster, Army Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal w/ 2 Oak Leaf Clusters, Good Conduct Medal (2nd award), National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal w/ 2 Bronze Stars and 1 Silver Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal and Republic of Vietnam Cross of Gallantry w/ Palm (2nd Award).
