Honor Mission
Charles S Rupp, Veteran
Catonsville, Maryland – 11-13, 11-14-19


The Maryland Patriot Guard Riders will honor Sp-5 Charles S. Rupp, 72 of Mt. Airy MD by standing a flag line in his honor for visitation and then escort him to his final resting place on 14 Nov. 2019. Sp-5 Rupp died on 9 Nov.2019 after a battle with cancer. He enlisted in the US Army on Jan. 1969 and discharged on Apr. 1972. As a Radio Operator he served in Ethiopia and Germany. After being discharged he Graduated from the University of Maryland and went on to career with Social Security, where he retired after 31 years of Federal Service. Charles is the Brother in Law of Bill Johnston, MD. Patriot Guard Asst. State Captain. He was married to Bill’s sister Jacky Rupp for 48 years. He is survived by a large and loving and will be missed by all.
