DESCRIPTION:Honor Mission\nCharles S. Lawler\, KIA\nUSA – Korea\nTraverse City\, Michigan – 07-25-19\n\n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION: \nThe Family of Cpl Charles S. Lawler have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present for his honorable transfer and escort as well as stand a Flag line for his committal ceremony. In November 1950\, Cpl Lawler was a member of Company M\, 3rd Battalion\, 8th Cavalry Regiment\, 1st Cavalry Division. He was reported missing in action on Nov. 2\, 1950\, when his unit was attacked by enemy forces near Unsan\, North Korea. His remains could not be recovered following the attack and he was not reported as a prisoner of war.
