ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard Riders have been asked to stand for another Vietnam War Hero, and it will be our honor to do so. Major Rizzo served over twenty years in the US Army with a one-year tour in Vietnam. He was highly decorated with numerous medals and a Bronze Star. He served during the Korean War Era and earned his parachute badge at Ft. Benning. Join me in honoring this hero.

Special Instructions:

After a briefing, we will stand a flag line at the H. M Patterson & Son Chapel for one hour while friends and family arrive for the 11:00 AM service. We will stand down during the service and line up for the short escort to Arlington Memorial Park where we will establish another flag line for the graveside service with full military honors. The funeral home is located on the north side of I-285 just off Lake Forest Dr. at 173 Allen Rd. NE., Sandy Springs, GA 30328, between Lake Forest Dr. and Roswell Rd./Hwy 9. The cemetery is located at 201 Mt. Vernon Hwy NW, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.
