  1. I extend my most heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Charles P. Russell, USMC Vietnam Veteran. During this most difficult time, I pray you peace. I will forever be grateful for his service, sacrifice, and dedication to our country. Rest easy now, Sir…those you have left behind to carry on without you have the watch. Welcome home…

  2. A brother of a brother… Charlie’s brother Pat is a PGR and it was great to get to know the family and friends in a casual setting. Charlie was a regional manager for Harley Davidson and his boss from 15 years ago flew in as a testimony to how people felt about Charlie. In Vietnam, Charlie has signed up for an extended tour to stay with his unit until they were coming home. A personal, small town service where the cemetery custodians are Charilie’s cousin and nephew who were very careful when lowering Charlie’s remains into place… an ammo box.
