ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Family of Charles M. Hergert, 73, of Cairo, MO., has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to stand in honor and to escort their loved one to his final resting place. Charles was a Navy Seabee and wore his hat everywhere he went. He proudly served two tours in Vietnam with the Construction Battalion, two years and five months, prior to receiving his honorable discharge.

After lunch, an 80+ mile escort (one way) to Mt. Zion Cemetery in Green City, MO, for a 3:00 PM committal with Full Military Honors. There will be time to get refueled in Moberly before escort departs.
