ABOUT THE MISSION:

Charlie was a United States Army veteran. He proudly served his country in the US Army from 1965 to 1967. Charlie served with Battery B, 5th Battalion, 16th Artillery supporting the 4th Infantry Division in Vietnam. He was released from active duty and honorably discharged in September, 1967.While in the service of his country Charlie earned the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Sharpshooter Badge (M-14 rifle) and the Overseas Service Bar.
