Mission Narrative:
Charles J. Mantione served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1960-1963. His MOS was 6412 – Air Craft Jet Engine Mechanic. His duty stations included 3rd Marine Air Wing, Marine Corps Air Station, El Toro, CA. He was Honorably Discharged on 3 October 1963 with the rank of Lance Corporal (E-3), and was awarded the Good Conduct Medal.
