Sgt. Charles E. Montgomery United States Marine Corps
The family of Sergeant Charles E. Montgomery Jr. has requested that we stand tall and silent in a flag line of respect and honor prior to the services for their loved one. It will be our privilege and honor to do so.
During his over 4 years service to our country, during the war in Korea, Hero Montgomery served as an Infantryman who earned and was awarded The Korean Service Medal, Navy Operations Service Medal and the National Defense Ribbon.
Please join me in standing tall, silent and respectful in a flag line of honor for this American Warrior. Stand down Sir; your watch here has been completed. Your next duty station will be to patrol the streets of Heaven. May you only experience fair winds and following seas!
We come to thank you and honor you for your service to our nation. Your service allows us the freedoms we enjoy today. You will never be forgotten.
