ABOUT THE MISSION:
Charles E. Gemmell was a United States Air Force veteran. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force from 1951 to 1955. After Basic Training and Technical School training at Keesler Air Force Base and further training at F. E. Warren AFB as an Organizational Supply Specialist he was assigned to Luke AFB Arizona. Staff Sergeant Charles E. Gemmell was released from active duty and honorably discharged in August 1955.
While in the service of his country Charles E. Gemmell earned the United Nations Service Medal, Korean Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Good Conduct Medal.
