ABOUT THE MISSION:
Charles “Chuck” E Lewis, age 75, of Fremont, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 20, 2020 in Appleton. Chuck was born on February 4, 1945 in Appleton, WI, the son of the late Milton and Arlene Lewis, Sr. Chuck served his country in the US Air Force as a medic from January 26, 1965 to January 11, 1971 and served in the Vietnam War from December 1968-February 1969. He took great pride in his service to his country. Chuck was a member of the Vietnam Veterans Association Chapter 351.
