ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of Mr. Celso M. Torres, a US Army Veteran, requests the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the services, LEO supported procession, and graveside rendering of military honors of their loved one. Mr. Torres is the last of four brothers who served during WW II. Hewas awarded EAME Campaign Ribbon with 3 Bronze Stars, Good Conduct, Medal Victory Ribbon, 3 Overseas Service Bars, Combat Infantry Badge w/ 1 Star, Armed Forces Expeditionary Forces Medal (Vietnam), and Bronze Star Medal.
