DESCRIPTION:Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders\, the family of United States Navy Veteran CDR Frank Monroe has asked us to stand for him at his graveside service\, during the rendering of Military Honors at his final resting place.   Frank gave 30 years of his life in service to our country; protecting our freedoms that we so highly regard.  Frank entered the US Navy in 1947 and retired in 1977.  Frank entered the service as a Limited duty officer (LDO) and rose to the rank of Commander.  Frank was assigned many duties; one notable assignment was as a member of the commissioning crew of the submarine USS SARGO (SSN-583).      \nThis Veteran and his family are good friends of Assistant State Captain (East) Greg Wallace. Please join with me as we stand to Honor this true American hero from the greatest generation\, as well as his family and friends.  \nThe US Navy Honor Guard will render Full Military Honors.   \nMISSION PLAN:  PGR will provide a Rolling Honor guard from the funeral home to graveside.
