Mr. Carl Estep Sr., 93, served his country honorably in the United States Navy during World War II. It is now time for the Patriot Guard Riders to stand for him.

Briefing: 10:30 AM
After the briefing, we will stand up the flag line at 10:45 AM for visitation from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Once the service starts we will stand down and prepare for escort to the gates of Fort Jackson National Cemetery, if it is safe to do so. RCIC will make the call on the escort based on safety considerations. Escort will be conducted at highway speeds. The U.S. Navy will be providing honors at the committal at the national cemetery. COVID19 precautions will be taken by the PGR. The briefing and flag line will have 6 feet separation between members and be placed at least 40 feet from the family. PGR members are expected to bring their own face covering to use if needed, such as having to go inside for the restrooms or being within 6 feet of others.
