ABOUT THE MISSION:
We will stand a flag-line to honor the life and service of Carl E Cullens. We will then escort this Hero to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, where he will receive his much deserved full military honors. Seaman Cullens served honorably in the US Navy from 1953 – 1962. Prior to his Navy service, he served 1952 – 1953 in the Army National Guard, then after he served 1965 – 1968 in the Air National Guard.
