Calvin G. Causey retired as a Chaplain (Colonel) after serving twenty years, five months and sixteen days in the United States Army. During his service, he was awarded the Army Commendation Medal (1st OLC); the Bronze Star Medal; the Air Medal; the National Defense Service Medal; the Armed Forces Reserve Medal; the Vietnam Service Medal (4 Campaigns); the Vietnam Campaign Medal w/60 Device; the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry w/Palm; the Armed Forces Reserve Medal w/Hourglass Device; the Senior Parachutist Bade and the Legion of Merit.

Prepare to depart the funeral home at 1:00 P.M. for escort to Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery for 1:30 P.M. funeral service at the shelter.NOTE: All safety gear required to enter For Leavenworth. (Helmet, glasses, full length shirt sleeves, full finger gloves and ankle high boots.
