Riders will stage at the Information Center. After the briefing, honor bikes will proceed to the designated staging lane. All other riders will proceed to the designated shelter to set flags and await the arrival of the procession. Riders will stand tall and silent until the MRC indicates flags be returned to the storage closet, after which riders will be debriefed and dismissed.
