ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of LCDR Bruce L Ferguson, has invited the Patriot Guard to escort him on his final journey to Barrancas National Cemetery and stand a silent flag line during military honors. LCDR Ferguson honorably served in the United States Navy for over 20 years and retired 1 June 1993. His many awards and decorations include the National Defense Service Medal w/Bronze Star, Armed Forces Reserve Medal w/Hourglass, Navy and Marine Corps Overseas Service Medal. Navy Expeditionary Medal and the Navy Achievement Medal. Bruce Ferguson was also a retired Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Department Crime Scene Investigator. He was 79 years of age. Services will be at Lewis Funeral Home, 6405 Hwy 90 West, Milton, Fl. Honors will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola FL.

Naval Air Station requires long sleeve shirts or jacket, long trousers, long fingered gloves, DOT approved helmet, leather footwear covering the ankles, and protective eye wear while riding aboard the base.
