Corporal Tinkler was on active duty in the United States Marine Corps when he passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019 at Camp Lejeune, NC.  He was 28 years old and had served six years in the Marines.  Corporal Tinkler was a 2009 graduate from Rock Hill High School.  He served our Great Nation and us, now it’s our turn to stand with honor and respect for this Hero.

Briefing: 5:45 pm

Flag Line: 6:00 pm, after the briefing, we will stand up a flag line for visitation from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm (unless visitation ends early), to honor Corporal Tinkler as family and friends gather to comfort one another during visitation.

Briefing: 11:45 am, after the briefing, we will stand up a flag line from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 pm, when Corporal Tinkler’s funeral starts.  We will stand down until after the funeral service and prepare to escort the funeral procession to Laurelwood Cemetery, on White Street, (no street number listed) Rock Hill, SC., where we will re-establish a flag line until the end of his graveside service.
