ABOUT THE MISSION:
Seventy-two year old Bradley J. Williams served his country in the US Air Force for four years. He attained the rank of Sgt (E4) prior to his discharge in 1971. His awards/decorations include the National Defense Service Medal, Small Arms Excellent Marksmanship Ribbon and the Air Force Good Conduct Medal. Sgt. Williams was a Communications Center Specialist in the Air Force.The PGR has been requested to conduct a Pony Express Mission to transport Bradley’s cremains from Alamogordo, New Mexico to his brother’s house in Niles, Michigan.This mission post is for the Indiana portion of the mission only.

Special Instructions:

The  PGR members will stage at the Pilot Station at 1200 noon to await the arrival of the Pony Express Mission from Illinois. A briefing will be conducted at 1245 followed by a Dignified Transfer of the Flag and Urn. KSU will be at 1:00 pm. We will provide the first Indiana leg of the Pony Express Mission from Covington to Logansport. In Logansport we will conduct another Dignified Transfer to the North Central Indiana PGR

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.

STAGING #2 DETAILS: 11-15-19

 North Central IN PGR will stage in the truck parking lot of McDonalds at 4:30 pm to await the arrival of the Pony Express Mission from Logansport. At 5:00 pm there will be a Dignified Transfer of the Flag and Urn from the NCIN PGR. From there the procession will go to Niles, Michigan to be delivered to Bradley Williams’ brother.
