Sgt. Bobby Lee Wall, Sr served our country Honorably during the early 1960s, as an Army Construction Engineer in Germany. He was attached to Company C, 249th Engineer Battalion. When his Obligated time was up, he intended to re-enlist, knowing he would be sent to Vietnam. He lost a cousin, KIA in Vietnam, and his family strongly encouraged him to get out and not re-enlist.
