ABOUT THE MISSION:
With a heart that has been broken, I am overwhelming saddened to report that we have lost a PGR Sister. Bobbie Worster left this world to be with her Lord in the early morning hours of this past Saturday, July 29, 2017. Bobbie and her husband, were and are dedicated in ensuring that our Veterans are remembered for their service and in providing support for their families during a most difficult time. Now we will stand and honor Bobbie Worster.
Bobbie was born September 27, 1939. Both Bobbie and her husband have been leaders in the religious community. Throughout their lives they have been involved in charitable and religious endeavors and have been devoted to helping anyone in need. Bobbie was a former teacher at Riverside Christian School and was a graceful and gentle person who had a calming effect on everyone she met. Bobbie was also a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA). I mentioned to her husband several months ago at a mission that I truly looked forward to getting my hug from her at each new mission. I and many others in the PGR will miss her beyond words. They were married for 50+ years.
A Memorial Service will be held for Bobbie at the North Lanier Baptist Church. Cumming with service to start at 5 pm. We will stand a flag line of honor and respect for Bobbie from 4 pm until the start of the service. It has been requested that all that desire to please attend the service. After the service, everyone has been invited to stay for a celebration of Bobbie’s life and to enjoy some food. This will be the only service for Bobbie. There will be a special positioning of motorcycles at the Church entrances. Just how many and how will be decided later.
