The Flag Retirement will take place at Bluebell Park on 12000 W 4000 N at 09:00 AM on Thursday\, July 04\, 2019. Members of the PGR will ride into Bluebell Park to assist in retiring the old flag and raising a new flag\, including a brief Ceremony.
