Preceding him in death are his parents Edward and Ola Carlisle; sister\, Brenda Carlisle; brother\, Eddie Carlisle; son\, Billy Wayne Carlisle Jr. and infant son.Billy is survived by his wife\, Amy Carlisle; 4 daughters\, Pam Dixon\, Allie Kilgore\, Star Jones and Sibi Riffer; 2 stepdaughters\, Vicky Thomas\, Anna Zielinksi; 1 stepson\, Henry Zielinski; 2 brothers\, Terry and Jerry Carlisle; 15 grandchildren; 7 step grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.Billy served in the U.S. Air Force stationed at Stead Air Force Base in Reno\, Nevada\, as an Airman 3C mechanic.
