Mission Summary:
We have been invited by the family of Billy Phillips to join them in honoring their loved one. We will do this by standing a flag line for the funeral service, then join in the escorted procession to his final resting place, where we will stand the flag line for his interment.

PART 1: Funeral Service followed by Procession

Details Of Part 1:
After assisting the support person in the placement of the flags at the funeral home, the mission brief will be given. We will then stand the flag line to welcome the family and guests of Billy Phillips. Once the service begins, we will retrieve and furl the flags, then return them to the support vehicle for transportation to the cemetery. Those riders not participating in the procession will go ahead to the cemetery to ready the interment site for the arrival of Mr. Phillips, family, and friends. For those riders riding in the procession, the safety brief will be given by the Ride Captain prior to the departure of said procession. NTX Motorcade will provide the escort services.

Details Of Part 2:
Once the flags are set at the cemetery, we will stand the flag line to receive the family and friends of Billy Phillips. At the conclusion of the
graveside services, and at the direction of the Ride Captain, the flags will be retrieved, furled, and returned to the support vehicle. Once the post mission brief has been given, all riders will be dismissed.
