ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand a flag line for Bill Walker. Bill Walker served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. This will be a veteran’s format. The service will be at 12:00 PM Friday. We will stand a flag line at the chapel and then escort Bill Walker to his final resting place in the Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park, where we will stand another flag line. Thank you, Bill Walker, for your service. Anyone attending in a cage and willing to transport flags please contact Scott Anderson at: 801-699-3034.

It is a most distinct honor and a privilege for the Patriot Guard Riders, at the family’s request, to stand a solemn flag line and escort United States Army veteran Bill Walker, to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery for full military honors on Monday, October 27, 2014.

PVT Bill Walker proudly served in the United States Army in 1947.
