ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of SFC. Beryl Wolfson has asked the Patriot Guard to honor their hero as he is laid to rest. Beryl is retired from the U. S. Army as an E-7 after 22 years of service. He was a radio operator and forward observer at many of his duty stations. Mr. Wolfson served in North Africa, Italy, France, Germany and a veteran of both the Korean War and World War II. The Republic of France awarded him the Knight of Legion of Honor Medal and he received the Medal of Excellence from General Petreaus of the U. S. Army. Beryl also received 5 Good Conduct Medals and the Basic MSL badge.
