Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis

The family of Bernie Starr has invited the Patriot Guard to stand a flag line in honor of his life and service to our country

Bernie served in the US Army, and spent one year in South Korea during the Korean War.

Please come out and stand in silent tribute to Honor Bernie’s life and service to our country.

10:00 am – Stage Lane A (along fence on 34th Ave S) at Ft Snelling National Cemetery
10:30 am – Brief
11:00 am- Interment

Estimated release: 12:00 pm

Dismissal at RCIC’s discretion.

This is a rain, or shine mission. Please bring your 3 x 5 American Flag and anything else you may need for the duration of this mission.

“VA regulations 38 CFR 1.218 prohibit the carrying of firearms (either openly or concealed), explosives or other dangerous or deadly weapons while on VA property, except for official purposes, such as a military funeral honors. Possession of firearms on any property under the charge and control of VA is prohibited. Offenders may be subject to a fine, removal from the premises or arrest.”
