Mr. Phillips served from 2007 to 2011. During his service for our country Mr. Phillips served in Afghanistan earning the rank of Specialist and the following awards & ribbons: National Defense Service Medal\, Afghanistan Campaign Medal W/ Campaign Star\, Meritorious Unit Commendation\, Army good Conduct Medal\, Army Service Ribbon and Overseas Service Ribbon.
