Mr. Ernest Doughty, Jr. passed away at the age of 64 on 5/9/16. “Peppy” retired as a BRFD Asst. Chief, serving more than 30 years. He was also Asst. Chief for over 40 years with the East Side Fire Department. The Doughty family and both fire departments have requested PGR participation in honoring their hero at his services.
