Honor Mission
Ashton Dell Flair, Active Duty

ABOUT THE MISSION:

PFC Ashton Dell Flair enlisted in the U.S. Army on June 19, 2019 between his junior and senior years of high school. PFC Flair went to Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina on August 20, 2020 as part of Delta Company, 3rd Battalion, 13th Infantry, 4th Platoon. PFC Flair proceeded to Advanced Individual Training at Fort Eustis, Virginia and was part of Charlie Company, I-222 Aviation Regiment where he was studying to be a Blackhawk Mechanic (Tango 15). PFC Flair was assigned to “D” Company, I-277th Aviation Regiment upon his return from AIT. The Visitation and Funeral for PFC Ashton Flair was originally scheduled for October 28th and 29th; however, it was postponed due to Hurricane Zeta and the subsequent damages to the area.

Special Instructions:

7:45 AM: Stage to set flags and prepare to stand a Silent Flag Line
8:30 AM: Start Visitation and Silent Flag Line
10:45 AM: Tobi, Abbey, and Tim will speak from 10:45 AM till 11:15 AM.
11:30 AM: Mass Service begins12:45 PM: LEO Escorted procession to the cemetery. Metairie Cemetery, 5100 Pontchartrain Boulevard, New Orleans 70124. This is approximately a 24 mile escort.
1:15 PM: Approximate arrival time at cemetery and start of funeral with Full Military Honors.
1:45 PM: Approximate time to secure from mission.
NOTE: We are still in COVID-19 Phase 3 Recovery. Social Distiancing and Masks are still required.
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.

Lord we pray for strength for the family as they go through the days ahead. Bind them together in love and comfort them only as you can. Help them to remember the fond and happy memories

    Angie and I offer our deepest, and most heartfelt condolences to the Family and Friends of this true American Hero. It’s with great sorrow we say goodbye to all our great Heroes. Our hearts are heavy with the loss of those who stood and fought for our country. Be proud and strong in their beliefs. God bless, stand down, your mission is now complete‚Ķmay you rest in Honored, Eternal Peace. Thank you, Your sacrifices will not be forgotten.
