The Family of SSG Arthur C. Perry, US Marine Corp. has graciously invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand in silent respect, as they lay their loved one to rest.
SSG Perry served in the U.S. Marine Corp from 11/16/61 to 7/11/68. During his service to the Country, he performed a tour in Vietnam in WIA-Quang Tin Providence.
Upon completion of his military service, SSG Perry received an Honorable Discharge and was awarded a Good Conduct Medal w/5 Stars, Meritorious Mast, National Defense Service Medal, Marine Corps Expeditionary Medal, Purple Heart, Bronze Star w/ Combat V, Vietnam Service Medal w/ 1 Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal w/ Device and Expert Badge (M-14).
During his post military service, SSG Perry worked as a Correctional Officer for Pinellas County Sherriff Office and is survived by his Grandson.
