ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard Riders have the honor of escorting and standing for another USAF Veteran. Born in Iowa, SSgt Arnold E. Scott served four years in the Air Force during the mid-’50s working at a bombardment squadron in SAC at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. He became an ordained minister and served in that capacity for thirty years after his service. During that time he and his wife did missionary work in Mexico for eighteen years.

Meet in the parking lot for a ride briefing for the LEO escort. We will plan on KSU at 1:30 pm in order to get to the Georgia National Cemetery for the 3:00 pm Service. There will be no service at the funeral home. There is another service at the GNC at 2:00 pm. Please plan so that we can cover both missions.

Meet at the flagpole area with bikes on the back sidewalk and cages on the street. Leave plenty of room for other vehicles to pass. After a briefing, we will depart to the assigned shelter for the 3:00 PM service. Bring a mask to wear for the service. Attention – There are probably going to be three services on Wed. 23rd. There is one preceding this at 2:00 PM. Please try to plan so that we can get representation at all three services. The third will be a flag line only but is yet to be posted.
