ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard has been invited by the family of Sgt Anthony L. Silva, United States Army, to stand in his honor and escort him to the Barrancas National Cemetery. Sgt Silva served in the United States Army from May 1967 to Apr. 1970. During his service, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Expert Rifle Badge (M-14). Honors will be at Barrancas National Cemetery, at 1130 am. LEO escort will be provided.

Naval Air Station requires long sleeve shirts, long trousers, long-fingered gloves, DOT Approved helmets, leather footwear covering the ankles and appropriate eye protection. This attire will always be worn while riding aboard the base.
