The family of SP5 Burley has requested we stand tall and in a silent flag line of respect and honor during the services of their loved one. SP5 Burley was in the Army for 4 years and was awarded an overseas Ribbon, Expert Badge for M-16, Expert Badge for Hand Grenade, NCO Professional Ribbon, Army Good Conduct Medal, Army Achievement Medal, and was Honorably Discharged.
