ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard will escort SSgt Allan P. Smith, United States Air Force, to Barrancas Natlional Cemetery and stand a silent flag line in his honor. SSgt Smith honorably served in the United States Air Force from Apr 1951 till Apr 1971. He received the Air Force Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal (2), and the Air Force Longevity Service Award (5). We will meet the family at the main gate of NAS Pensacola, FL, and Honors will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery at 1:00 pm, Site β€œA”.

Special Instructions:

Naval Air Station requires long sleeve shirts and trousers, long fingered gloves, DOT approved helmets, leather footwear covering the ankles and proper eye protection. This attire will always be worn while riding aboard the base.
11:40 am – Safety brief for all riders
11:55 pm – KSU to NAS Main Gate
12:10 pm – Arrive NAS Main Gate
12:40 pm – (Approx.) Roll time to Barrancas National Cemetery
1:00 pm – Honors at Barrancas National Cemetery
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided.
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.

As our Brother Allan answers his final call to duty from the Great Commander in the Heavens, may his soul have peace and rest. His duty is to forever watch over his loved ones at the Great Commanders side.
My you find peace and comfort at this time and realize that your Hero is not gone but waiting to be reunited with those he loves.
May his soul find fair winds and following seas! RIP Hero!
