Allan L. Musgrave, of Socastee, passed away on 7/27/2020. He was born in Kenton Ohio and served in the US Air for 20 years retiring as an E-6 Tech Sergeant. He was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal with one Oak Leaf Cluster, NCO Professional Military Education Ribbon, Air Force Longevity Service Ribbon with 4 devices, National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with one device and the Air Force Good Conduct Award with 5 Oak Leaf Clusters

Briefing 9:15am Special Instructions: We will stand the flag line 9:30 am for the duration of the graveside service. Family arriving at 9:30-9:45AM. Special Instructions for PGR missions during the COVID-19 virus, we will abide by all rules and regulations set by the CDC and the State of South Carolina Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
Each attendee is responsible to bring a personnel face-covering. It does not have to be an actual mask, any sort of covering will be sufficient, as we will be setting an example that “We are observing all CDC recommendations regarding COVID-19”. In keeping with the requirements of the State of South Carolina Department of Veterans’ Affairs, PGR members will maintain at least a six-foot distance between each other during the briefing and flag line.
